Late & Cancelation Policy

Please allow 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel. Cancelations within 24 hours of cancelation, 50% of the service price will be charged, as I cannot fill your spot. No shows will be charged 100% of service price.

Please let me know if you are running late for your appointment, if anymore than 15 minutes late, I may cancel your session and you will be charged 100% of the service price. I will do my best to accommodate for your session, but the amount of work done will be compromised.

Credit Card Policy

A credit card will be required to book any appointment. 50% of full sets will be charged at the time of booking, remaining balance is due at the time of service.

Allergic Reaction & Sensitivities

​Although reaction to products used during your lash service is very low-risk, it is a possibility you should be aware of when getting lash extensions.  Unless known allergies are stated by you, it is otherwise unforeseeable. No refunds will be issued for reactions.

​If you are experiencing a reaction from lashes applied at another salon or have had a reaction to adhesive or lashes in the past, I will not be able to service you.

Children & Pets

No children or pets allowed in the studio, as a courtesy to others.

Covid - 19 policy

Please reschedule if you are sick. No cancelation fee will be charged for cancelations for illness. Masks are required in Mosaic Salon common areas, and in Studio Eleven. Everyone is welcome, thank you for supporting my business through this challenging time. I appreciate every single one of you!
